Rock Infotech limited, a leading company in computer and network security, is seeking a Fresher Reservation Executive Customer Service WFH to add to their team. This is a remote position that requires a responsible and motivated individual to work with customers to help them book and manage reservations while providing exceptional customer service. The selected candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries and taking bookings as well as managing payment reconciliations.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about providing top-notch customer service, and be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer reservations using various reservation systems.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Manage payment reconciliations.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Follow company policies and adhere to ethical standards.
- Meet and exceed set targets and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and stay organized.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using the internet and reservation systems.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in customer service or reservations is a plus.
